A contrast-enhanced high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) of the chest produces high-resolution images of the chest or thorax. The scan helps your doctor to identify problems associated with the lungs, food pipe, rib cage, spinal column, heart and surrounding soft tissues. It is recommended to find out the cause of symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath, chest pain, inflammations and to detect the presence of any tumors.
Male: Recent Creatinine blood test reports (not older than 15 days) required. At least 4 hours fasting required. One attendant mandatory for this test.. Female: Recent Creatinine blood test reports (not older than 15 days) required. At least 4 hours fasting required. For Female patients of reproductive age, LMP is required to avoid any testing if pregnant, else Negative Urine Pregnancy Test report is needed. One attendant mandatory for this test.
